This site collects nothing about you, only what every web server logs for technical reasons (see Hosting). No cookies, no tracking, no forms, no third-party fonts or embeds.

Hosting and server log files
The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data: your IP address, date and time, the file requested and your browser's user agent.
The purpose is to run the site securely and reliably. The legal basis is my legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I don't analyse this data myself.
Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).
Contact by email
If you email me, I process your address and your message in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract is concerned, otherwise point (f). Emails are handled by Apple iCloud Mail (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland). I delete them once they are no longer needed.
Links to social networks
The links to Mastodon, Bluesky and X are plain links. Only when you click one do you leave this site; from then on, that provider's privacy terms apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). An email to info@fak10.app is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI), datenschutz-hamburg.de.
