fak10 vs ChatGPT: why Anna asks
You want to fill in an insurance claim and keep control of your details. With fak10 you check every field. Anna asks when she does not understand.
What should your assistant remember?
ChatGPT offers optional memory that you can review, change, delete or turn off. See OpenAI’s privacy settings.
With fak10, Anna stores your knowledge on your iPhone, without an account. Every entry has a source and date. She uses that knowledge for a flat application, for example; you check and approve.
Why a follow-up question helps
For an insurance claim, a missing detail that Anna asks about is more useful than an unnoticed wrong entry. The benchmark therefore records what is correct, missing and incorrectly stored separately.
What the benchmark shows, and what remains open
As of 7 October 2026: Anna meets 15 of 17 expectations with 0 false entries and 14 follow-up questions. The cloud comparison was measured on 29 September on 15 expectations: 11 met, 1 false entry.
This comparison used Claude, not ChatGPT. The test versions differ. It demonstrates neither superiority over ChatGPT nor general freedom from errors. The benchmark includes the texts, protocol and limitations.
